By accessing AICraftSpace (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service offers AI-assisted tools (image reverse, video/storyboard reverse, and voice craft). Outputs are machine-generated for creative assistance only and are not professional, legal, or other advice.

We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, originality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. You must review results before use.

The Service may be interrupted or changed due to maintenance, third-party models/storage/compute, network issues, or force majeure. We are not liable for such disruptions.

You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not upload or generate illegal, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating content, or attack, reverse-engineer, or bypass the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected violations without liability.

You retain rights in content you upload and represent that you have all rights needed to use it with the Service.

You grant us a limited license to process content solely to provide the Service. Uploaded files are deleted or anonymized after processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for claims arising from your content and agree to indemnify us against related losses and reasonable legal fees.

Our site, branding, and software belong to AICraftSpace or its licensors. AI output ownership is subject to applicable law and model-provider policies; we make no extra ownership warranties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING LOSSES FROM RELYING ON GENERATED CONTENT OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES.

Our total liability for a claim is limited to fees you actually paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim; for free use, liability is zero except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Plans and quotas follow the pricing pages. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We are not liable for delays caused by quota exhaustion or compute queues.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations, security, or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith, then submitted to a court with jurisdiction at our place of business.
